Food ordered: Meatball pizza slices x2
Taste: The meatball pizza slices at Meta Pizza are delicious! The meatballs are made with high-quality ingredients, and they are cooked perfectly. The sauce is tangy and flavorful, and the cheese is melted and gooey. The crust is thin and crispy, and it holds up well to the weight of the toppings. I poured the spicy honey as an additional topping which added a sweet and spicy flavor to it.
Price: The meatball pizza slices at Meta Pizza are $5.00 per slice. This is a bit on the pricier side for pizza, but it is worth it for the quality of the ingredients and the delicious taste.
Presentation: The meatball pizza slices at Meta Pizza are served on a plastic plate if dining inside. The slices are cut into large rectangles, and they are generously topped with meatballs, sauce, and cheese.
Service: The service at Meta Pizza was friendly and efficient. My slice was reheated light in the over to give it a warm temperature it needs and was served quickly and correctly.
Atmosphere: Meta Pizza shop is small though it has a bright and welcoming atmosphere. There are tables to sit and dine outside, and the smell of fresh pizza is made in front of you.
Overall, the meatball pizza slices at Meta Pizza are delicious and well-worth the price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a satisfying and tasty pizza experience.
My favorite pizza place. They got good crust. The staff is friendly. It's a takeout place mostly. They have a few outdoor tables, but the focus is on the pizza. They have rotating specials but they keep a few classics on hand. They do the tiny pepperoni, eat it. I give it 14/8 Maudibs (both Mclaughlin and Timmy, so technically, like 28/16 I guess).
Found out about this place from Pizza Week and I'm glad that I did. The place is nice and small with outdoor seating. The pizza u had tasted really good and they also serve a few options by the slice. Definitely will be back to try their other options soon.
They make the best ranch… but being an avid anti-rancher, I can’t confirm this.*
I can though, promise you - their pizza is freaking delicious. I was recommended to try the grandma style and whether that was a nod to my long vintage skirt or I just look like someone that loves pesto pizza - it was a solid recommendation. The slices are square cut also, which warms my millennial soul cause it just screams 1990s to me.
There’s covered outdoor tables in front which means you can solo dine with a glass of wine, enjoy a slice with a friend or if you’re not looking to dine out - whole pies are available to take home and curl up with your next rewatch of Frasier.
*Back to the anti ranch thing, I really should broaden my horizons because there’s no way it’s like the PPS ranch of my childhood… ok. I’ll go back in and try some. Report back soon.
I have been wanting to try Meta Pizza for a while since moving down the street and would always drive by, but never had time. Tonight was absolutely worth the wait! My guy and I got a Margherita Pizza and added pepperoni and olives. The pizza and service is ABSOLUTELY exceptional and I can't wait to go back😋 Such a hidden gem and am so happy😊 Definitely recommend🤌
Small place, great pizza. I got a pepperoni pizza and both of their salads. The pizza was amazing with a very good ratio of toppings, cheese, and sauce. The crust was amazing. I didn't realize that you can't see the specials online, so next time I will make sure to ask. It also looks like you can buy by the slice. The pizza was also super affordable on it's own. With the salads and a tip it came out north of $50. My only gripe was they were a little stingy with the salad dressing. The salads are kind of large so the dressing ratio was a little lacking. But I will totally be back to try another pizza soon.
Delicious! The crust, toppings, everything! Slices were generously cut and easy to fold in half.
The crust held up even with the added mushrooms and had that wood oven flavor but a flexible crust and not to thin.
Pepperoni had good flavor and did not disappoint.
Black olives weren’t dried out.
Mushrooms were 💯 OMG. Whatever they did to them before adding to the pizza was sooo good.
We didn’t even get to the salads yet 😂 lunch for tomorrow.
So thankful to have found this place!
So lucky having Meta Pizza in the neighborhood. Great place for a slice or a whole pie. Also outstanding are there rotating specialty salad. Nice list of wine by the bottle too!
